Sakan Real Estate was established in May 2003 as a franchisee of E-dar Real Estate (www.e-dar.com), founder of the first on-line real estate business in Egypt. In March 2006, Sakan turned into a joint venture company and acquired 20% of e-dar. Scope of services covers both residential and commercial whether rent or sale.
